We were customers of Cingular One and have been customers of AT&T since they took over. We have never had any problems with our phones, coverage or customer service. We get service in places where people with us who have other carriers don't. We were on a boat in the middle of Lake Michigan & could get service when noone else could. My sister travels a lot in Indiana & says the same thing.
